This is a video of Dr. Al competing in the breaking competition at the Global Taekwon-Do Tournament on 5/30/09. Just goes to show what a balanced spine, some concentration, and sheer willpower can do. This was the most boards broken with a side kick that day – 6. Kids, please do not try this at home without training with a certified martial arts instructor.
